1657-1 - Dentzel Honey Bear - $16,000

A very rare Dentzel Honey Bear. Parted out from the Idora Park, Youngstown, Ohio carousel, later in the Abby Aldrich Folk Museum in Colonial Williamsburg, VA. The leaping figure has a charming face with glass eyes and detailed fur carving. Older restoration by Nina Fraley. Excellent condition with minor cracks on the hind legs. 53 long x 45 high.
