According to correspondence from Fred Fried this horse is an early 1920s figure from the Philadelphia Toboggan Company in the Germantown neighborhood of Philadelphia, PA. The carousel which housed the horse was once aboard a carousel at Coney Island. Under remnants of old paint, the horse is in good structural condition and a worthy candidate for restoration. 45 inches long x 40 inches high. Simple display stand included.
