From the so-called “Mexican Muller” carousel of Chapultepec Park in Mexico City, Mexico. The middle row jumper carries its head on an erect neck furnished with a swirling full mane carved in high relief. The saddle, having an unusual western style horn, is girthed over a blanket carved in a plaid motif and secured with a singular buckled breastband and shoulder strap. Restored, 69 long x 50 high.
