Circa 1905 all wood carousel horse carved by Edward Buff for the Charles Looff carousel at Salem Willows Park, Salem, MA. The jumper is posed in a graceful trotting pose with a tucked head carried on an arched neck furnished with a deeply carved mane. Trappings have fringe, tassel and ribbons. Older restoration, glass eyes, natural horsehair tail, metal stirrups. 52 inches long. Display stand and brass included.
