Early 1900s all wood carousel figure by premier carver Daniel Muller of Pennsylvania. The prancer carries its refined head with sensitive expression on an upright neck furnished with a flowing mane. The gracefully posed horse is harnessed of an English style saddle set on a rippled blanket anchored by serpentine shoulder and flank straps engaging the side trace and breeching. Glass eyes, horsehair tail. Old dry surface, chips and abrasions, seams. Stand as shown included. 50 long x 55 high.
