| 975-1 - Dentzel - $7500 Circa 1905 Dentzel. Originally located in Bennet Amusement Park, Arnold's Park, Iowa. This large white jumper with tendrilled mane bears a fanciful saddle terminating at the cantle in two winged lion's heads, the whole girthed over a rippled saddle blanket. The forehand is harnessed of a shoulder strap and a scalloped and bordered breastband while fringed and bordered breeching, loin straps and a fancy crupper add the finishing touch to the haunches. Gentle expression, glass eyes and a natural horsehair tail. 64 long x 54 high. 44 body. |
