Circa 1910-1920 all wood carousel horse from the Dentzel carousel works in Germantown, PA near Philadelphia. A classic Muller style known as the "Thoroughbred," this prancer is professionally restored and oil painted as a dramatic oak leaf bay pinto. It is harnessed of an English style saddle secured by breast band, breeching, shoulder and loin straps and girthed atop double blankets.Glass eyes and natural horsehair tail. Excellent condition. 56 long x 56 high, 39 chest to rump. |
