An older restoration punctuated with sparkling jewels and lavishly bedecked with flowers and foliage, this circa 1917 white jumper was created in the Leavenworth factory of Charles Parker and is signed "Tobin Fraley." Jeweled breastband and side drape, high relief carved twin roses on the cantle, glass eyes. 60 long x 29 high, 38 chest to rump.
