| 1122-10 - Herschell Spillman - $5100 Circa 1912 dappled palomino Herschell Spillman outside row horse in an energetically rendered jumping pose. Upraised head, the face expressing a friendly demeanor, tendrilled mane flowing forward on the neck. A tassel depends from the headstall browband while disks of graduated sizes form the cheekstraps. An unusual arrangement of a floral form issuing several flowing ribbons appears on the rippled saddle blanket. 54 long x 48 high, 39 chest to rump. |
